Learning JavaScript

The time has finally come, I have finished my introductory module to JavaScript and I couldn't tell you how happy I am! Like any other programmer in the beginning stages, there comes a point where you think to yourself, “do I have what it takes to really do this?” But, like they always say “The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.”

Coming into the module I had no prior knowledge of JavaScript. I didn’t understand how crucial JS is to web development. The things you can create using JS are incredible!

Like I always say, starting out is always going to be the most challenging thing, but as soon as you start putting pencil to the paper, or in this case, code to the lines, everything starts to make sense and become more clear.

As I am writing this, I feel a sense of relief that I have grasped the understanding of what and how JS works, and now I can move on to building projects using the language! And like I always say, ROOTs Technology is an amazing program for up-and-coming web developers. TJ is a great mentor and will make sure you are on track to achieve your goals!
